The Bakeshop

Sample the array of delights from students with inexpensive selections available from all areas of the Institute's food programs. The Bakeshop is open from 7:30am to 7pm Monday to Friday during terms, operating at reduced hours during term breaks.

Pop in for a freshly-made salad sandwich, a pie or pastie, buy a loaf of bread or pick up some meat for tonight's dinner. The Bakeshop is located in Building D, 555 La Trobe Street, Melbourne

Café 555

Fresh, fast and delicious is the mantra of the Café 555 team. For coffee, lunch, morning tea or a tasty snack, you'll be tempted by the delicious fare on offer.

Café 555 is found at the corner of King and La Trobe streets. It's open from 8am to 3pm Monday to Friday during terms, operating at reduced hours during term breaks.

The Angliss Bistro

The bright and airy Angliss Bistro is open for lunch from Monday to Friday, subject to the academic calendar. Students from the Commercial Cookery programs create modern, innovative and affordable food, served by Hospitality students.

The Angliss Restaurant

The Institute's flagship restaurant, The Angliss Restaurant serves guests classically-influenced contemporary cuisine from final year apprentice chefs. Hospitality students provide friendly and professional service. Currently undergoing a $1.4 million facelift, the restaurant will reopen in July 2007 for lunch and dinner weekdays (closed for dinner on Fridays).
