Coffee training is offered by the Coffee Academy, an initiative of William Angliss Institute and Douwe Egberts Australia, to promote and deliver excellence in all aspects of coffee training.

A range of courses is offered to suit both professionals and those who simply love the perfect cup of coffee.

Courses range from Coffee@Home, where you roast and taste single-origin coffees, through to Coffee Masterclass weekends, where you construct your own espresso blend. There's even a coffee lovers' tour to Ethiopia planned for 2008.
