Why a Degree from William Angliss Institute?

Our bachelor degree programs have been put together in partnership with industry so you get the best of both worlds:

  • an internationally recognised higher education qualification
  • the practical skills to succeed in your global career.

You will develop the ability to critically assess and evaluate information from strategic and operational perspectives providing you with the skills to eventually rise to management and leadership levels.

Through the Bachelor of Tourism and Hospitality Management you'll be qualified to work in many areas.  You may find yourself organising special events, working with hospitality operators in exotic locations or in community, media, government or tourism organisations.

The Bachelor of Culinary Management will open up opportunities in culinary businesses including large hotels, food service organisations, hospitals, aged care and other hospitality sectors.

Practical, Skill-based Learning with Employment Focus

Our degrees stand out because they include industry skills. During your degree you'll develop an understanding of the industry's operational challenges as well as the theoretical skills required for a successful career. You'll also develop professional contacts and valuable experience during your Work Integrated Learning Year.

We've invested heavily in our relationships with industry. These linkages provide a world of opportunities for you both as a student and as a graduate, including work experience and employment during your Work Integrated Learning year. As the Specialist Centre for Hospitality, Tourism and Culinary Arts, William Angliss Institute is the best place to study for a career in these dynamic industries.

FEE-HELP

FEE-HELP is now available to all students enrolled in degree-level studies at William Angliss Institute.

What is FEE-HELP?

FEE-HELP is a loan scheme that assists eligible students to pay their tuition fees for degree programs only.  FEE-HELP can cover all or part of your tuition fees. A loan fee of 20% applies to FEE-HELP loans for undergraduate courses of study. The Australian Government pays the amount of the loan directly to your higher education provider. You begin to repay your loan through the tax system once your annual income exceeds the minimum threshold for compulsory repayment. In 2007, that threshold is A$39,000 p.a.
