Tourism and Travel Traineeships

Tourism traineeships have been designed to encourage businesses to employ new staff and upgrade the skills of existing employees. They combine practical work with structured training to provide a valuable and relevant nationally recognised qualification.

 Offering more than your standard travel sales courses, these traineeships are designed for people who are working in travel sales and include:

• Certificate III in Tourism (International Retail Travel Sales) THT30302 - 22 units (21 core and 1 elective)
• Certificate III in Tourism (Operations) THT31002 - 17 units (8 core and 9 electives)

Upon successful completion of joint industry/William Angliss Institute delivered subjects, the trainee will also be issued with the following certificates by our training partners:

• IATA Certificate - Billing Settlement Plan
• Qantas Certificate - Standard Fares
• Qantas Certificate - Promotional Fare

and one of the following:

• CRS Certificate - Amadeus 
• CRS Certificate - Galileo      
• CRS Certificate - Sabre.
