William Angliss Institute offers a range of on-campus and industry-based short courses and full qualifications for the confectionery manufacturing industry.

These include diploma and certificate level qualifications. A wide range of confectionery industry short courses are also available. Our Confectionery Manufacturing team are able to draw on the Institute's expertise in the wider foods industry, to develop programs that can be tailored to meet the needs of your organisation.
Our Confectionery training programs have been developed in conjunction with representatives of the confectionery and related industries to fulfil the needs of the confectionery industry to provide trained graduates who will be able to develop career opportunities in manufacturing, technology and management. |
