Angliss Restaurant

The Angliss Restaurant is the Institute's flagship restaurant, and home to the Great Chefs program. After undergoing a $1.4 million facelift, the Angliss Restaurant provides a rejuvenated and exciting training environment for our students with flexible function spaces, a fresh new look, new bar and an outdoor seating area. Sustainable design elements have been incorporated into the new design of the restaurant.

Food style is a fusion of contemporary and classical influences. Guests enjoy fine dining from final year apprentice chefs and impeccable service provided by hospitality students. Reservations are essential.

Lunch is served Monday to Friday, and dinner Monday to Thursday (from August 6 and subject to the academic calendar). Lavish three course buffet lunches and dinners are also available throughout the year. These offer excellent value, with choices including soup, salads, hot dishes, roast carvery and a selection of desserts.
