Enjoy the expertise and creativity of the Institute's cookery and hospitality students at some of Melbourne's best value eateries.

Home to the renowned Great Chefs program, William Angliss Institute has three training restaurants, a conference centre, a cafe and bakeshop.

The Angliss Restaurant is the Institute's flagship venue providing fine dining from $10 per main course and set menus from $16.

The Angliss Bistro provides a relaxed venue to enjoy lunch while Occasions Restaurant provides affordable dining for individual bookings or large functions. We can even arrange for our Functions Management students to organise your function.

For a quick sandwich, loaf of bread or even to pick up some meat prepared by our students, head to the Bakeshop. It's open from 7:30am to 7:00pm Monday to Friday during term, operating at reduced hours during term breaks.
